I love winter shooting. I think there’s a real romanticised look to the images that is just lovely. Especially with kids.
This was one of those shoots. Beautiful.
Coombe Hill is a location where the light is often gorgeous but, on this occasion, it was even better than usual!
The boys were brilliant to photograph as they’re into everything and full of life (just the way boys should be if you ask me) and so it was a case of running to keep up for much of the shoot. I think that makes for really interesting images though even if I do ache at the end of the session!
The colours on this shoot are so vibrant that it seems a shame to use any of the images as black & whites so I’ve only converted a couple of them.
