OK, I admit it’s been a week or so since I’ve updated the blog. Things are busy here at the moment with the usual Christmas rush – that and the build-up of bookings for next year. All good. However, the blog has suffered as a result. Hopefully this week I’ll have a chance to get it up to date.
Anyway, to business.
This shoot was lovely! I’ve known (and have photographed) Becky and the girls for quite a few years now and they’re always fantastic to photograph – and this was no exception. Except this time, we were photographing the entire family! Just a lovely session. As you may have noticed, there’s little I enjoy more than being in great company with a camera.
The weather was just a tad unpredictable (frankly, that’s to put it mildly) – we arrived in rain, shot in rain, shot some more in sun and left in rain. bizarre. I know we must be a little single-minded, us photographers, but the ground was wet and the sun came out – so the light was utterly gorgeous!
The location was a rare and wonderful spot – Corpus Christi college in Oxford. We were forced by the cold and wet to photograph some of the images inside (sigh) but once the weather cleared a little and we could go play in the cloisters, it was just magic!
